Who I am
I'm a Principal Designer on Fabric's Data Integration team at Microsoft. My mission hasn't changed in fifteen years: make complex problems simple and meaningful.
What changed is the distance between an idea and a working thing. I work AI-first now. The thinking is still mine; the tools let me ideate faster and make sense of far more data than I could before. I build production AI systems end to end: architecture, code, and the calls that only surface with real data.
Fifteen years in UX and ten in leadership taught me to grow teams and shape strategy. The newer lesson is that I no longer hand the work off.
I started in library science and psychology. Music and storytelling still shape how I solve problems.
